Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for defective products
- Products must be in new condition for products bought sealed
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase
- We also accept product exchanges
Return Process & Fees
- Returns are accepted in-store only
- All transactions will be processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
- There is NO restocking fee for any returns
- Returns are completely free of charge
Product Condition Requirements
- We only accept products that are new
- Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return
Exchange Information
- Product exchanges are available
- Same condition requirements apply as for returns
- Exchanges must be processed within the 3-day window
- Exchanges can only be processed in-store
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method
- All refunds will be processed in KES
- No additional fees will be deducted from your refund
